THANKS!!

Announcement! VETSOL is joining the My School programme!

Here is a great way to help us in our mission to create better lives for our township and farm pets by getting them sterilised.

For us to be approved as a My School beneficiary we need 50 applications forms choosing VETSOL as beneficiary. This doesn't mean you need to change your current beneficiaries, as My School allows 3, just add VETOL to your list :-)

Please click here to download the form. Complete and mail back to dagmar@vetsol.co.za in order for us to finish our My Planet application process.

What’s happened?

Cape Animal Welfare:

During April to June 2015 Cape Animal Welfare Forum set out to sterilize 1500 animals in Wesbank as part of a sterilisation Project funded by the City of Cape Town.

Vetsol was privileged to sterilize 120 animals for them in Wesbank during this period. Vetsol is looking forward to playing a role in the next sterilisation project funded by the City of CT.

Onderstepoort Students:

The 3rd year veterinary science student program will raise awareness about the Vetsol sterilisation drive in rural and township areas among students, veterinary industry and other stakeholders.

During their VPL (Veterinary Professional Life) 300 module the students select a community engagement project. VETSOL is pleased to be a community engagement partner of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria. Students choosing VETSOL will get the opportunity to join the Vetsol team in the field and get first hand experience in spay campaigning. They are encouraged to interact with the community to establish a problem area that needs to be addressed and then implement an educational project. A written report has to be submitted at the end of this practical.

Big Thank You To:
